Bristol newcomers continue to impress...
Oliver Wilde

It's impossible to say, really, where Oliver Wilde belongs.

The Bristol based songwriter (with attendant band) has that transgressive, hallucinatory feel but isn't psychedelic, while those blissed out vibes cross over with - but aren't summed up by - the slacker tag.

Second LP 'Red Tide Opal' drops on April 14th, with new track 'Play & Be Saved' emerging online. Swirling, lo-fi pop at its best, the poetic lyrics are matched by a beautifully affecting arrangement which meshes together noise and melody.

Listen to it now.
