Returning pop starlet Lily Allen is set to release her new album 'It's Not Me, It's You' at a very low price - but only in the United States.

Foul mouthed pop pixie Lily Allen is set to release her second album soon. Chock full of the usual controversy causing anthems (click here for our view!), the singer has announced a new treat for fans.

Her forthcoming album 'It's Not Me, It's You' will be released in the United States on February 10th at a reduced rate. Joining forced with Myspace Music and Amazon, the new album will retail for just $3.99 - down from the usual album price of $10.

The album will stay at that price until February 16th.

Lily Allen's debut album 'Alright, Still' was a massive success even if the singer herself went on to claim she only made £50,000 from it. Nominated for a Grammy, it went on to sell over 2.5 million copies worldwide.

Lily Allen will release her new album 'It's Not Me, It's You' in the United States on February 10th.
