Lily Allen Covers Britney Spears

With US comedienne Ellen

Lily Allen has continued her charm offensive on America by recording a very unusual version of the Britney Spears' hit 'Womanizer'.

It seems that our American cousins are as susceptible to Lily Allen's charms as the Brits. The singer is currently doing the press rounds promoting her new album 'It's Not Me, It's You' and has been getting a great reaction.

Of course, it also helps that the album is chock full of catchy pop goodness. Reaching number one in the UK charts the same week Allen's single 'The Fear' also topped the hit parade, 'It's Not Me, It's You' is Allen's best record to date. Read our review here!

Lily Allen appeared on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' on February 18th, and the pair recorded a fun version of 'Womanizer'. Sitting together in a bathroom the pair blast out the song as part of the host's ongoing 'Bathroom Concert Series'.

The pair dissolve into laughter half way through, before losing their place in the song entirely. Have a look below for the clip!
