Impromptu set with Mani
Liam Gallagher's Pub Gig

Ex-Oasis and Beady Eye frontman Liam Gallagher performed an impromptu gig in a Stockport bar with assistance from Primal Scream's Mani.

Gallagher had apparently been in the area visiting relatives (dropping off the Christmas presents maybe) and had stopped into Heaton Moor's Town Bar where he chatted and happily posed for photos before a fan turned up with a guitar. With help from ex-Stone Roses and Primal Scream bassist Mani he then performed a short set for the punters including Oasis classics and a cover of John Lennon's 'Shine On'.

Gallagher's new band Beady Eye recently released the first song from their new album, 'Bring The Light', to mixed reviews. The debut album, 'Different Gear, Still Speediong', is released on 28th February 2011.
