...and you can get involved

Levi’s much talked about Go Forth campaign could be taken as a fairly idealistic one in it’s championing of empowerment, freedom and choice.
The core message: make your mark. On November 10th, these values will be exercised in a music event designed to involve and excite everyone in a way that no other gig has.
This event will be spearheaded by one of music's true icons, a band who for decades have cemented themselves as legends of rock and roll, dance, electronica, country and blues - Primal Scream.
Having spent the year touring their iconic acid-house masterpiece, Screamadelica, Primal Scream will return to the live UK music circuit for this extremely special show, to celebrate Levi’s new Go Forth campaign. Taking place at the spanking new Electric Brixton venue in South London, music fans will have the opportunity to tailor the entire event how they see fit.
From set list to support acts, and collaborations to cover songs. It’s a call to action, a chance to leave your mark on an event like no other.
Three free build up gigs will also take place in Levi’s Origin space in their flagship Regent St store, from the 25th to 27th of October, each comprising of two of the most exciting new UK bands per night. These are bands that epitomise the creative spirit of new British music, much like Primal Scream did 20 years ago.
Those in attendance can vote for the bands they want to see support Primal Scream, with the two chosen acts going on to play the main event Primal Scream on November 10th in Brixton.
From here, your freedom to shape the night continues. Voting mechanisms will open on Levi’s website for fans to make vital decisions. Ten tracks from Primal Scream’s set list, a live cover track options and a choice of song for a surprise guest collaborator to perform with the band will all become open for discussion, making the gig a true groundbreaker for interactive music events.
Clash and Spotify will be supporting the project, which will launch on 17th October. Keep your eyes peeled and visit ClashMusic.com for full details on how you can get involved in what promises to be one of the most exciting gigs of 2011.
