Kurt Vile is set to release his new EP "it's a big world out there (and i am scared)" on November 18th.

Oh Kurt Vile, you don't know what you do to us...

The American artist returned earlier this year with new album 'Wakin On A Pretty Daze', his lengthiest and perhaps most impressive document yet. Recorded with producer John Agnello, it seems that those sessions produced even more material.

The best of these cuts will be gathered on a new EP, which Kurt Vile has titled "it's a big world out there (and i am scared)". A seven-tracker, six of those songs will be previously unreleased - tracklisting as follows:

Side A
1. Never Run Away (string synth)
2. NRA Reprise
3. Feel My Pain

Side B
4. Snowflakes Extended
5. Wedding Budz
6. The Ghost of Freddie Roach
7. (reprise reprise)

Meanwhile, Kurt Vile has also posted a mixtape which he crafted for the Violators and John Agnello before sessions began. Available at his official site, it's an intriguing insight into the way Vile views his own music - check it out HERE.

Kurt Vile has confirmed the following UK shows:

December
11 London Shepherd's Bush Empire
13 Leeds Brudenell Social Club (SOLD OUT)
14 Manchester Academy 2
15 Glasgow Arches
16 Bristol The Fleece
17 Brighton Concorde 2
