Arriving amidst no small degree of hype, the swift rise of Klaxons has been matched by perceived difficulty in producing follow up material.
Second album 'Surfing The Void' was released in 2010, with the band remaining almost entirely silent since then.
Kicking off sessions for album #3 in early 2012, Klaxons played a set at Berlin festival last summer composed largely of new material.
Well, it seems that their fabled new LP is about to take form. New track 'There Is No Other Time' will be unveiled later this evening (February 3rd) via the band's SoundCloud.
Launching at 7.35pm, Klaxons' Jamie Reynolds introduced the track by saying: "This record is very much about the present, an emotionally honest album about technological and personal progression."
Guest artists on Klaxons' upcoming album include Tom Rowlands of the Chemical Brothers, Erol Alkan and James Murphy.
'There Is No Other Time' will be released on March 23rd via Akashic Records.
