Klaxons For Glastonbury

Special Guest slot filled

Klaxons

Klaxons have been revealed as one of the 'special guests' at this weekend's Glastonbury Festival.

There has been much talk about the two vacant 'special guest' slots on the bill, on the Park Stage on Friday and Saturday, with Muse being rumoured to be filling one. Klaxons have been confirmed to be playing the Saturday slot, taking to the stage at 7.15pm before M Ward and headliners Bon Iver.

The band is currently recording their second album, the follow up to the Mercury Award winning 'Myths Of The Near Future', amid record company complaints of the band's quality control. The band's Jamie Reynolds has said, “We’ve now got 28 songs and we’re just about to put it together as a complete record. We’re looking for a producer and if anyone out there makes records, give us a bell.”
