French mavericks Kitsuné have become notorious for their taste-making talent.
After branching into the US by opening a flagship boutique on Broadway, New York, the label has been scouting out fresh new talent across the pond on a constant basis.
Now presenting their findings in a shiny new compilation, the brand - which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary - is putting out the second in its ‘America’ series: a 15-tracked compilation of sultry electro and indie pop from the most upcoming of artists.
Tracks come in from jazzy rap-singer Theophilus London, Ex-Girls Darren Weiss and Danny Presant aka Papa, the legendary Jim-E-Stack, cinematic hotly-tipped beatmaker Chrome Sparks and the ethereal Toro y Moi.
Seductive remixer Gigamesh gets in on the action, as does tech-houser Malandro, Heartsrevolution and LA’s irresistible Ghost Loft. Kitsuné faves DWNTWN also get a look-in with a track produced along with Jhameel and Giraffage; a twinkling slow-burner to round off the compilation perfectly.
Proving, as ever, to not limit themselves to genres, Kitsuné push the boundaries by pulling together a quirky selection of styles and artists from the land of liberty.
