King Krule Announces Debut Album '6 Feet Beneath The Moon'

It's due on August 24th
King Krule

King Krule is set to release his debut album '6 Feet Beneath The Moon' on August 24th.

Real name Archy Marshall, King Krule is part of a new breed of London talent who combine a vivid songwriting voice with almost frightening youth. A series of releases on True Panther Sounds and Rinse over the past few years have hinted at what's to come, with Marshall building something quite unique.

Debut album '6 Feet Beneath The Moon' should make an impact. Due for release through XL on August 24th - Archy Marshall's 19th birthday - it finds the young songwriter sharing production credits with Rodaidh McDonald.

Opening with 'Easy Easy' the album refuses to rely on former singles, with the London artist continually pushing forward. Containing fourteen tracks, it's the sound of youthful defiance writ large - with highlight 'A Lizard Cracked' opining "I'm not going to crack like you cracked..."

Here's 'Easy Easy'.
