Killers To Headline Hyde Park Festival

Hard Rock Calling expands

Las Vegas indie icons The Killers have been unveiled as the new headliners for Hard Rock Calling.

Set on London's historic Hyde Park, the event has already grabbed some stunning headline performances. Just yards from the hustle and bustle of busy city traffic thousands of music fans will revel in one of the most select bills of any festivals this summer.

Bruce Springsteen will pop past for a no doubt spectacular show. The Boss' live performances are the stuff of legend, and this will be a rare European set from the New Jersey legend. Having released his new album 'Working On A Dream' earlier this year, the songwriter will have plenty of surprises up his sleeve for British fans.

In a stunning one-two the festival organisers have managed to secure a performance by Neil Young. The iconic songwriter is set to release his new album 'Fork In The Road' later this year, and Hard Rock Calling is one of a small number of dates the musician has organised.

Organisers have now stunned fans by announcing an entirely new day of musical mayhem. On June 26th Las Vegas group The Killers are set to star. The band are already scheduled to play a number of festivals this summer, but will surely have something special up their sleeves for London audiences.

The band will be joined by Brighton boys The Kooks. Luke Pritchard & Co. released their latest album 'Konk' last year to great acclaim, and with live dates thin on the ground this performance is a very special one indeed.

Hard Rock Calling takes place in London between June 26th - 28th.
