Killers For Romanian Festival
B'estfest line up unveiled
Las Vegas titans The Killers are set to headline new Romanian event B'estfest.
Eastern and Central Europe is rapidly emerging as a new festival hotspot. Former Communist countries are opening up with new ventures springing up all the time.
Amongst the best of this new breed of music events is B'estfest. The Killers are one of the biggest bands on the planet just now, following the stunning success of their recent album 'Day And Age'.
The Killers are set for a big summer, after confirming headline slots at Oxegen and Scotland's T In The Park.
Joining Brandon Flowers & Co. will be Scottish indie gentry Franz Ferdinand. The group recently released their third album, and currently enjoying life as a band again having gone over three years without releasing new material.
Also on the bill is vegan dance guru Moby, rave legends Orbital and Salford success story The Ting Tings. Taking place in Bucharest between July 1st and 5th, the festival will be spread across two outdoor stages and one indoor arena.
Also on the bill are rock gods Motorhead, guitar legend Santana and Thievery Corporation. The Charlatans are also scheduled to make an appearance, fresh from their recent interview with Clash Magazine.
B'estfest is due to take place in Bucharest between July 1st - 5th.
