Kasabian For Camden Crawl
Full line up announced
This year's Camden Crawl promises to be the best yet, with Leicester indie giants Kasabian due to headline the event.
Camden Crawl began life as a small music showcase event held entirely in one street in London. Now, however, the event has grown to one of international importance, where a performance can make or break a career.
This year's event will be the biggest yet. Held over two days at forty venues, the Camden Crawl will feature an astonishing 150 artists. From the newest breaking acts to some of the biggest names from Britain and beyond, this year's Camden Crawl boasts a line up littered with spectacular groups.
Amongst the latest additions to the line up are Kasabian. The Leicester group are on the comeback trail, and are also headlining Brighton's showcase The Great Escape. This will be a rare chance for fans to witness the band in intimate surroundings this year, with Kasabian supporting Oasis on their massive stadium tour over the summer.
The band themselves are due to release their third album 'West Rider Pauper Asylum' later this year. Not much has been heard of the record, but if the band are to believed it could be a ferocious return from Kasabian.
The Camden Crawl bill already includes some stellar names including Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Fall, Little Boots, Wire, The View and many more.
In addition to the musical performances, Camden Crawl has expanded to include some exciting spoken word events. The festival boasts appearances from Howard Marks, Scroobius Pip and some very special guests.
Camden Crawl is due to take place between April 24th - 25th.
