Kaiser Chiefs Gig Demand

Leeds indie titan Kaiser Chiefs were knocked off their stride recently when a trio of beautiful ladies stripped onstage at a recent show in Zagreb, Croatia - and the band have demanded it doesn't happen again.

The group were onstage when frontman Ricky Wilson was suddenly beset by naked ladies - surprisingly not an everyday occurrence for the singer. He told BANG magazine that "It was weird, I've never seen girls get completely naked at a concert before, it was disconcerting. I was alerted to it by the flashing around them - basically men with camera phones taking pictures.

"They weren't looking at the stage they were dancing with each other. I immediately asked them to put their clothes back on and start enjoying the music properly."

Sensible singer Wilson also revealed how odd it feels to be able to sell out massive arenas across Europe, adding that "Who would know we could sell out an arena in Zagreb? We've only been there once before and we were on a bill with Queens of the Stone Age and it was amazing but there weren't many people there."

"But something's definitely been happening. The fans were singing 'Never Miss A Beat' like they're lives depended on it. "We also played the Olympic Stadium in Greece in front of 70,000 people. I find it weird that there are that many people there who like us."

Kaiser Chiefs are currently in the UK top ten with new single 'Never Missed A Beat'.
