Junior Boys Unveil New Album
'Begone Dull Care' details
Canadian synth-pop duo The Junior Boys have announced details of their forthcoming third album 'Begone Dull Care', due for release in the United States on April 7th.
The group are signed to Domino in the UK, and have released two very lovely albums thus far into their career. Debut LP 'Last Exit' was a cult favourite, while follow up 'So This Is Goodbye' spawned the duo's best known track 'Birthday'.
Comprising Jeremy Greenspan and Matt Didemus, The Junior Boys have now released a full length album in three years with anticipation building over the new release.
As for the title, it is apparently a reference to a short film by the pioneering Oscar-winning Scottish-Canadian animator and electronic composer Norman McLaren. So now we know!
