Johnny Depp For Babybird Show?

Hollywood actor could perform in London

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp is at the centre of yet more rumours with the British indie group Babybird.

Johnny Depp is no stranger to making music. An up and coming actor, he fell in with Oasis and began hanging around the studio with the Manchester band.

Jam sessions led to guest appearances on some classic Oasis tracks. The actor appears on the B-side 'Fade Away' and also contributed to 'Fade In-Out' from the behemoth that was 'Be Here Now'.

Now it seems that Johnny Depp has fallen in love with Babybird. Led by Stephen Jones, there was always more to the group than their one hit single 'You're Gorgeous'.

A stunning songwriter, Jones is capable of mixing beautiful melody to the grittiest of lyrics. Hailed by his peers, Babybird went on hiatus in 2000 but returned shortly after to answer the pleas of their fans.

Working on their new album earlier this year, tabloids discovered Johnny Depp leaving the studio with the band. Rumoured to be appearing on forthcoming album 'Ex Maniac' the actor seems to have struck up a friendship with the band.

Sources close to Babybird claim that Johnny Depp helped direct the video to the band's comeback single.

Now the website Spoinfed claims that Johnny Depp is set to appear live with Babybird. The actor is rumoured to be preparing to make a guest appearance at the London venue Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on November 12th.

Babybird's new album 'Ex Maniac' on February.
