John & Jehn Single Plans

Authentically French stars John & Jehn are set to impress us all when their new single "Fear Fear Fear" is released on July 28th.

The duo have caused a stir on these shores with their gallic beauty and the icy atmosphere that permeates their songs. Their self-titled debut album had critics on the back foot as they struggled to construct similes mighty enough to capture its dark beauty. Recalling Nick Cave, The Cramps and fellow Gaul Serge Gainsbourg, John & Jehn are a continental taste of life on the dark side.

"Fear Fear Fear" is taken from the new album and is already a live favourite. Backed by the unreleased track "Sister", the single is a menacing, rolling track that blends Suicide-like drum machines with a bluesy, Cramps-style organ. Definitely not one to listen to late at night through headphones, then.
