Jay-Z Cancels Three United States Shows

Scheduling difficulties claimed

Hip hop titan Jay-Z has been forced to pull three dates on his forthcoming United States tour.

It's been an incredible year for Jay-Z. Almost royalty in his native United States, the rapper signed a record breaking deal with Live Nation last year in anticipation of a new album and tour.

After similar deals with other acts fell through, a lot was riding on Jay-Z's success. However with his new album 'The Blueprint 3' the rapper has conquered fans, critics and the charts achieving astounding success.

For the first time cracking Britain, the rapper recently played a host of stunning shows across the nation. Including a titanic show at Alexandra Palace in London, Jay-Z seemed every inch the unstoppable hip hop colossus.

Recently performing a duet with romantic partner Beyonce, the rapper then took to the stage with Rihanna last night (November 16th) before returning to the United States.

Due to launch 'The Blueprint 3' tour in his homeland, the rapper has already been forced to ditch three dates. "Scheduling concerns" are blamed according to the ticket site UnitedSpiritArena.

Refunds are already being offered for the shows. Tonight's (November 17th) show in Lubbock is the first to fall victim, with shows in New Mexico and Texas also being cancelled as a result of the problem.

Jay-Z has cancelled the following shows:

November
17 Lubbock United Spirit Arena
19 Albuquerque Tingley Coliseum
20 El Paso Don Haskins Centre
