Jamie T Postpones UK Shows
Singer has laryngitis
Returning indie songsmith Jamie T has been forced to cancel six shows on his upcoming UK tour.
Jamie T returned this year with his new album 'Kings & Queens'. The singer's first blast of new material since his Mercury nominated debut, the record came saddled with an impressive amount of hype.
Single 'Sticks N Stones' soared up the charts, matching a catchy chorus with a blast of nostalgia for Jamie T's fast disappearing childhood. Reminiscing about the fate of some friends, the single is one of his most impressive songwriting efforts to date.

Due to begin a UK tour today, it seems that Jamie T is still suffering the effects of his recent Australia jaunt. Coming down with a bout of laryngitis the songsmith was forced to cancel the final two shows of his trip Down Under.
Still unwell, Jamie T has now unfortunately added the opening six dates of his UK tour to the cancellation list. Due to open tonight (October 1st) in Bristol the tour will not now take start until October 9th.
Opening with a show in Glasgow's famous Barrowlands venue Jamie T is using the time to re-charge his batteries and allow his throat to recover.
