Returning songwriter Jack Penate is gearing up to release his new album 'Everything Is New', and you can listen to it right now!

Arriving amid a barrage of hype, Jack Penate's debut album 'Matinee' walked straight into a backlash. Perhaps judged unfairly, while the record wasn't the perfectly arranged pop package some expected it nonetheless contained some striking songwriting.

Stung by criticism, Penate retreated to the rehearsal room to work on new material. Getting back to his roots on the open mic circuit, the singer re-discovered the young musician who was buried beneath an avalanche of hype.

Working with Paul Epworth, Jack Penate's new material has already bowled over critics. Having worked with Bloc Party and Maximo Park producer Epworth was the perfect choice to add some muscle to Penate's songwriting.

Announcing a series of UK tour dates, Jack Penate has already previewed new material live with some tracks becoming immediate fans favourites.

The singer is due for a busy summer, with a number of festival appearances planned. Jack Penate is due to perform at Scotland's T In The Park event, with the Kinross crowd set to be treated to a number of songs from forthcoming album 'Everything Is New'.
