Introducing… The Technicolors

An addictive new proposition from Phoenix...

"By the time I get to Phoenix," as the song goes, "she'll be rising…"

Well, currently rising in Phoenix are The Technicolors, a new three-piece with their eyes firmly set on the prize.

Snappy garage rock with just a hint of Britpop, the band's taut, concise songwriting has lyrical flair and just a taste of melodic bite.

New cut 'Little Charmer' is a lovely introduction, blessed with the colours of Spring and a wonderful sense of potential.

The band tell Clash: "'Little Charmer' is a number I wrote about feeling like the last one to the party, and the last to leave, and wondering why I was even there to begin with. We've all been there, in one way or another. So I wanted to celebrate that moment. It's a picture of those who have moved on painted for those who persist, and ultimately a celebration of all the different people come and go, looking back and moving forward."

Tune in now.
