Hot Chip Expand ‘In Our Heads’

...and announce a vinyl party

Hot Chip are set to release an expanded version of ‘In Our Heads’ on November 19th.

Each statement from Hot Chip is a focal point for numerous styles, ideas and influences. Released earlier this year, ‘In Our Heads’ is a case in point, fusing house with Dancehall, gospel with synth-pop.

Now the band are preparing an expanded version of the full length. ‘In Our Heads’ will be packaged on two discs, matching the original album alongside demo recordings, remixes and rarities.

Out on November 19th, the tracklisting for the expanded version of ‘In Our Heads’ is as follows:

Meanwhile, Hot Chip are set to throw a special vinyl party in London next week. Part of the Oxjam festivities, the band will take over Dalston’s Oxfam shop and will be donating records from their collection.

Playing a special DJ set, Hot Chip will be joined behind the decks by The 2 Bears, Four Tet, Simian Mobile Disco.

Hot Chip’s vinyl party takes place on September 27th.
