Croatian festival to expand

The organisers of Hideout have begun to finalise the line up for next summer's instalment.

The festival season seems to expand on a near daily basis. A relative newcomer - now approaching its fourth anniversary - Hideout is set to expand once again next summer, with the Croatian event now boasting four stages.

Capable of enticing some of the biggest names in electronic music, next summer's line up is already looking tempting. Chilean techno producer Ricardo Villalobos is due to drop by, for what will no doubt be a mind expanding venture.

The South American will be joined by Skream and Artwork, who between them make up two thirds of Magnetic Man. True bass pioneers, the duo will drop a few classics in between their latest cuts.

Elsewhere, Claude Von Stroke is set to appear while Annie Mac will take her set out to Croatia. Pearson Sound has also been named on the bill, with electro icon Erol Alkan also planning to bring the noise at Hideout.

Two of the most acclaimed producers in London - Four Tet and Caribou - are set to travel out to Hideout next summer. Close friends, Kieren Hebden and Dan Snaith have collaborated frequently, releasing a joint 12 inch on Four Tet's own Text label earlier this year.

Both with their own distinct styles, Four Tet and Caribou will hook up for a joint set at the Croatian festival next summer.

The line up contains a number of acclaimed producers and DJs, with Brodinski falling into both camps. The French star recently took charge of a mix for FabricLive, demonstrating his ability to spin eclectic sits with some quick mixes.

Early bird tickets for Hideout 2012 have already sold out, with more line up announcements due closer to the opening of the festival.

Hideout runs between June 29th and July 1st.
