Guns N Roses Break Record

New Album Causes MySpace Chaos

Returning rock legends Guns 'N' Roses' new album 'Chinese Democracy' has broken all records after being streamed for free on the social networking site Myspace.

The band have been inactive for over a decade, keeping fans waiting an astonishing 17 years for new material. Now stirred into action, the group decided to place the highly anticipated album on Myspace for free.

The album was a massive success, with the group's Myspace page recording 25 listens a second. Up until today the title track had been played over 826,000 times, with the total amount of plays for all tracks exceeding 3 million plays.

All told, this means that the launch is the most successful Myspace listening party in the history of the site.
