Green Day have outlined the release schedule for their upcoming trilogy '¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré!'.

Green Day don't do things by halves. The stadium punks went into the studio last year, and have emerged clutching not one, not two but three separate albums.

A recent statement: “We are at the most prolific and creative time in our lives. This is the best music we've ever written, and the songs just keep coming".

“Instead of making one album, we are making a three album trilogy. Every song has the power and energy that represents Green Day on all emotional levels. We just can't help ourselves... We are going epic as fuck!"

'Epic as fuck' eh? We'll see about that...

Now Green Day have outlined the full release schedule for the trilogy. The first instalment '¡Uno!' drops on September 24th, with '¡Dos!' set to follow on November 12th.

The final piece in the puzzle - appropriately titled '¡Tré!' - will be released on January 13th. Pre-orders are being taken right now on the Green Day website.
