More additions confirmed

Gold Panda is amongst the latest additions for evocative Welsh event Festival No. 6.

Hosted in the utterly unique setting of Port Merion, Festival No. 6 is a new addition to the summer calendar. Headliners include Primal Scream, but more names are being added to the line up on a near daily basis.

The latest batch of additions have been confirmed, with Gold Panda amongst the stand outs. Initially, the London producer cut a frail, withdrawn figure onstage as he battled with severe nerves and stagefright.

Wonderful on record, it took a while for Gold Panda to find his feet as a concert artist. Working hard on his live set, the producer has definitely cracked it as anyone who caught his set at Field Day can attest to.

Set to perform at Festival No. 6, Gold Panda joins a rapidly expanding bill. Manchester group The Whip are set to drop by, with other new additions including fast rising Liverpool outfit Stealing Sheep and Mary Epworth.

Splashh have made a deep impression, with the London band's live shows displaying a rare grasp of poise and power. Joining the line up, the newcomers sit alongside Race Horses, King Krule and more.

Festival Director Gareth Cooper: “We’ve found what we hope will become one of the most outstanding and defining boutique festival sites in the world. It’s a totally jaw-dropping, mind-blowing place, offering a premium event aimed at a slightly more mature and discerning crowd. We’re confident it’s going to be one of the most stylish festivals the UK has ever seen.”

Festival No. 6 runs between September 14th - 16th.
