Glasvegas To Support U2

U2 have hand-picked Glasvegas to support them on three of their upcoming stadium shows, in Cardiff, Glasgow and Dublin.

After pint-sized rock icon Bono recently declared their single 'It's My Own Cheating Heart That Makes Me Cry' as ''one of the best songs i've ever heard'', the support slots should come as no surprise.

Despite a minimal US profile, Glasvegas are currently cracking America, having sold out New York's Mercury Lounge in a few days and playing on the highly influential David Letterman show.

James Allan & co. will also support Kings Of Leon on their UK summer dates, after the Followill clan also recently declared themselves fans.
