Huge range of dance acts confirmed

Evergreen Somerset bash Glastonbury has confirmed the complete line up of its Dance Village.

Glastonbury has always moved with the times. Changing ticketing procedures, increasing security and altering its booking practices have all done their bit to help the Worthy Farm event stay ahead of the pack.

Once again pushing back the boundaries, Glastonbury have unveiled the line up for its Dance Village. Almost an entire sub-festival in its own right, the Somerset event hosts a number of electronic stages.

Capable of capturing some enormous acts, this year the Dance Village will play host to the likes of Fatboy Slim, Chase And Status, Crystal Castles and more.

Fatboy Slim is a festival favourite, with Norma Cook due to perform at Scotland's wildest party RockNess later this summer. Taking pride of place on the Glastonbury bill, the seminal Big Beat producer will be joined some hotly tipped newcomers.

Croydon lad Joy Orbison has dominated the dubstep scene since his first release. His euphoric style is a world apart from the bass-scapes that soundsystems are used to, but his post-garage beats are in tune with the dubstep scene.

Set to dominate the summer, Joy Orbison will be joined by the likes of Rusko, Fake Blood, Example, Giggs and many more.

Completing the line up for Glastonbury, the event now mixes Pyramid Stage acts such as Stevie Wonder and U2 with some cutting edge electronic talent. Tickets for the Somerset festival have long since sold out.

Glastonbury takes place between June 23rd - 27th.
