Gaslight Anthem To Play London

Single release also planned

After racking up an impressive two hundred shows in under eight months, blue collar punk grafters The Gaslight Anthem are set to return for another UK show this June.

The New Jersey five-piece will play a one-off date at the London Forum on the 4th June, with the band set to re-release their anthemic single 'The 59 Sound' on 15th June. The single will be backed by a cover of 'State Of Love n Trust' by grunge heroes Pearl Jam.

The band will then return later in June when they hit Hyde Park to support The Boss at this year's Hard Rock Calling.

The four-piece have long cited Springsteen as a massive influence. From their days working on construction sites in Brunswick, the group took inspiration in the Boss' honest, anthemic rock, which later had a huge impact on their sound along with The Clash's debut.
