Their first with Wade MacNeil...

Hardcore punk band Gallows will be releasing their self-titled third album on September 10th with new frontman Wade MacNeil.

Since the departure of original frontman Frank Carter, fans have been split in their opinions. There has been a lot of doubt over the band’s future with the Alexisonfire frontman and their decision to keep the name Gallows, but some loyal fans have decided to stick with them after Frank’s new lighter musical direction with rock outfit Pure Love.

Commenting on the self-titled album decision, the band said: “We made this record self-titled as it musically defines the band known as Gallows as we exist today. This is the first of many releases to come from the house of Venn Records, our imprint, hijacked from PIAS those long standing backers of independent rock n roll. This our statement of intent, our laugh in the face of those who said Gallows were done when in reality we're just warming up. We couldn't feel more vindicated and proud."

The artwork for the record has also been released too, which depicts two masked women lying with their legs draped over each other on a bed.
