Frankie & The Heartstrings are set to release their new album ‘The Days Run Away’ on May 27th.
Deeply independent, Frankie & The Heartstrings have spent a lot of time planning out their next step. Hooking up with Bernard Butler for a one off single in late 2011, the band decided that this was the partnership which should fuel their second album.
Recording sessions have taken place sporadically since then, with the results now in a position to be released.
Second album 'The Days Run Away' will be released on May 27th, via the band's own PopSex imprint. Of the new album, Frankie Francis said: “we’re raring to go with this new record, it’s been a long year and staying off the road so we can write and record a great album has been tough for us at times, but we've put everything we have into it and can't wait to unleash it".
Ahead of this, new single 'Nothing Our Way' will gain an official release - listen to it below.
