Fatboy Slim To Close The End Nightclub
Final show to also feature some megastar DJ's
Following the news the London Astoria is to close its doors on the 15th January, legendary London club The End will now also close, with its last show on the 22nd January set to feature DJ slots from Fatboy Slim, Layo & Bushwacka!, MR C and Erol Alkan.
The last Southern Fried DJs show will see the acts giving the Club a celebratory farewell, with founders of the world renowned venue Mr C and Layo Paskin building the club into a successful club and record company. Speaking recently, Layo Paskin added of the closure "“It’s still not an easy decision, I’m going through a lot of different emotions, but we’ve got to the point where some of the key people are ready to move on.”
In other news, Fatboy Slim has announced details of a new album featuring the likes of David Byrne, Jamie T, Dizzee Rascal and Iggy Pop under the name 'Brighton Port Authority'. It will be released on March 2.
