EXIT Festival 2010 Dates

Serbian festival EXIT has confirmed the first details for its 2010 event, with tickets set to go on sale soon.

In the over crowded festival season you can't blame music fans for becoming a little jaded. Corporate branding abounds, with the same few acts spread thinly over very similar looking bills.

Which is what makes EXIT so special. Beginning as a protest against an oppressive, anti-democratic regime the festival retains that sense of being some illicit.

Set in the shadows of a medieval fortress EXIT attracts some of the biggest names in the music world. Well regarded around the world, the event has been nominated for 'Best Overseas Festival' in the UK Festival Awards for the past three years.

Continuing to evolve and introduce new features, EXIT has confirmed the first details of its 2010 instalment. Over 600 bands are set to play at the festival with a total of 20 stage set to be erected.

No names have been confirmed as yet, but fans can be sure of something spectacular. EXIT's dance arena is renowned as being one of the finest in Europe, with the sight of the summer sun rising above thousands of revellers something to behold.

Everything from rock to rap, classical to chill and beyond will be covered. Already one of the best value for money events around, EXIT have confirmed details of a special early bird tickets scheme.

Just 1000 tickets will be released at 2009 prices, with the offer ending on December 31st. Costing just £72 the tickets will increase in price as 2010 dawns so act quick if you want to take advantage of this special offer.

EXIT festival is set to take place between July 8th - 11th.
