Full tracklisting revealed
Hotly tipped songwriter Emmy The Great has revealed details of her long awaited debut album 'First Love', due to be released on February 2nd it has been announced.
The London based songwriter drew a large following on the open mic and house party scene due to sheer word of mouth hype. A close friend of Lightspeed Champion, Emmy The Great should be familiar to Clashmusic.com readers after appearing in a stunning episode of Jeremy Warmsley's 'Welcome To Our TV Show'.
'First Love' is named after the Samuel Beckett short story, and the literary ambitions don't stop there with some tracks apparently inspired by the Oscar Wilde play 'Salome'.
The upcoming album was produced by Emmy The Great's guitarist Euan Hinshelwood, alongside pianist Tom Rogerson.
Emmy The Great's forthcoming debut album 'First Love' is set to be released on February 2nd. It will have the following tracklisting:
