Electric Picnic, one of Ireland's premiere festivals, is set for a boost after it announced it had sold out all remaining tickets.
After a summer dogged by festival call offs, many punters had predicted that Electric Picnic would fold - thankfully for music lovers, this is far from the case. Boasting a bill that includes headline performances from punk originators the Sex Pistols and the ethereal strains of experimental Icelandic group Sigur Ros.
Electric Circus mixes music with other arts, and amongst this year's attractions are the International Comedy Club, The Body And Soul Village and world renowned performance art troupe Lucent Dossier Vaudeville Cirque. Featuring a host of other attractions, Electric Circus looks like an unmissable event.
