Drummer Shona MacVicar Has Left Honeyblood

New member to join UK tour...

Arriving in a flurry of fuzzed up riffs, charismatic vocals and tumbling drums, Honeyblood drew almost immediate attention.

A Glasgow based duo, the group's debut album was a charming introduction, with Clash noting that it excelled in displaying "two people thrashing out a noise, having fun, and making it all work."

Set to play a full UK tour, Honeyblood have sadly lost drummer Shona MacVicar. In a short statement on Facebook, the band wrote:

"We’re sad to announce that after much deliberation Shona is leaving the band and moving on to other endeavours. All live dates and activity will remain as scheduled. We are excited to welcome the awesome Cat Myers to the drums as of tomorrow's gig in Leeds (The Brudenell Social Club) and all shows going forward!"
