Ah, the confusing world of Paul Banks. Maintaining a solo career, the singer decided to use the pseudonym Julian Plenti. Earlier this year, though, Paul Banks decided to begin using his own name. Then he released an EP, titled 'Julian Plenti Lives...'

A muddled up tale, for sure, so it's a good thing Paul Banks' new material is so soothingly immediately. Containing new tracks and a few covers, the five track effort was released earlier this week.
