Re-igniting Bristol's love of house music, Julio Bashmore helped to spearhead a sea change in bass culture. Remaining one of the most vital producers in British music, Bashmore recently flew out to Sonar for a closing night party in Barcelona.

Preparing to launch his own Broadwalk imprint, Julio Bashmore will release 'Au Seve' on July 2nd. To coincide, the producer is giving away new cut 'Troglodytes' - a seven and a half minute disco inspired excursion that utilises some entertainingly daft vocal samples.
