Friends, Cloud Nothings and more added

The line up for this summer's instalment of Dot To Dot has expanded, with Friends, Cloud Nothings and more taking part.
A tri-city festival, Dot To Dot is rapidly shaping up to be one of the summer's finest showcase events. Hitting venues in Nottingham, Bristol and Manchester, organisers recently unveiled the latest batch of additions to the line up.
Fast rising Brooklyn group Friends have caught attention, with their debut album 'Manifest!' due to be released on June 4th. The band have only played a handful of British shows to date, but are already exhibiting enormous potential.
With hype fast descending, Friends are set to stop by Dot To Dot Festival. Joining a fast expanding line up, the latest announcement also includes appearances from 2:54, Canadian producer Doldrums and more.
Odd Future spin-off The Internet will feature, while Two Wounded Birds and Here We Go Magic have been confirmed to appear.
Elsewhere, Cloud Nothings are set to showcase their stunning new album 'Attack On Memory'. The Albini produced effort was released earlier this year, and won across the board praise with its visceral guitar bite.
Futureheads pairing Hyde & Beast will take part, with other new additions including Warp signing Kwes, newcomer Mary Epworth and A Plastic Rose.
Dot To Dot organiser Anton Lockwood is clearly elated: “There’s under a month to go until Dot To Dot 2012 and the latest acts joining us showcase what a fantastically exciting line-up of new music we have on offer. From high octane rock to soulful singer songwriters these are the acts that people will be talking about all summer long and with tickets currently £20 it's great value for money'.”
