Lex Records are preparing a 10th anniversary compilation featuring a collaboration between DOOM and Thom Yorke.

An off shoot of Warp, Lex Records rarely releases more than three records in a year. However it's slim but immaculate back catalogue means that the imprint is held in high esteem by anyone looking for something a little bit different.

Reaching their 10th anniversary, the good people at Lex Records have decided to release a celebratory compilation. 'Complex' will be released one track at a time, with the label securing some exclusive collaborations.

Containing ten tracks, 'Complex' boasts cuts from Neon Neon, Boom Bip, Doseone and a brand new song from DOOM. The reclusive rapper has agreed to complete a new track for the compilation, featuring Radiohead musicians Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood.

No preview as yet, with Lex Records planning to begin the project immediately. A track will be released each week, with the label set to bring the material together for a physical pressing in mid January.

Available on picture disc vinyl, the physical pressing of 'Complex' is a typically lavish way to toast the label's birthday.

'Complex' is part of the wider Lex10 project, which includes numerous live events. Coaxing DOOM out of hiding, the rapper will complete a full UK tour including a mouth watering one off show in London alongside Ghostface Killah and Jneiro Jarel.

Taking place in the Roundhouse on December 5th, tickets for the one off show are on sale now.
