Underage warm up announced...
Dog Is Dead are set to play a one off London show as a warm up to this year's Underage festival.
Sometimes taking a chance pays off in ways you would never expect. Take Underage - beginning as a series of ramshackle shows, the phenomenon has spread across Britain, Europe and beyond.
Returning this summer, Underage festival has shifted location but retained its ethos. Almost upon us yet again, organisers have supplied details of a one off warm up show from Nottingham group Dog Is Dead.
Spending the summer on the road, Dog Is Dead have already confirmed their involvement at Underage. Picked to headline the one off warm up show, the band will play London's Barfly on July 24th.
No one over the age of 18 will be allowed in the venue, with age restrictions set to be strictly enforced.

Dog Is Dead, meanwhile, are gearing up for the release of new single 'Glockenspiel Song'. Set to arrive on Monday (July 23rd) Rob Milton describes the song thus: “Glockenspiel Song' is our feel good track about our childhood and the place we grew up in. We always planned to re-release this in the lead up to releasing our debut album as while we were blown away by the reaction first time around we always wanted to re-record it, make a proper video and get it out there to a wider audience - it's a hell of a lot of fun to play and a big live favourite so Summer 2012 is the perfect time to get it out there.”
