Album Due For Release On Monday
One of the dance collaborations of the year hits the shops on Monday (August 25th) when "DFA Presents Supersoul Recordings" hits the shops.
DFA gurus James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy have spent time partying in Germany recently, and have returned home to New York with a ton of vinyl and plenty of stories. Blending Italo Disco, house and minimal techno influences, Supersoul have a distinct sound that is unlike any other dance stable in the world. no wonder they caught the ears of the renowned Death From Above producers.
Released on August 25th, the new album gathers together some of the label's most provocative cuts. Opening with "Lost" by Supersoul boss Xaver Naudauscher, the compilation is a magnificent tour de force that proves that Germany remains at the forefront of European dance.
