Globe trotting megastars Coldplay have made a new song, "Death Will Never Conquer", available to download from their official site.

The band, whose interview with Clash is included in our current podcast, recorded the song during sessions for their phenomenally successful album "Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends". A transatlantic number one, the album went on to topple charts around the globe establishing the band as world wide stars.

The new track "Death Will Never Conquer" is unusual in that vocal duties are handled by drummer Will Champion, and not advocate of global peace Chris Martin.

The band are currently on their world tour, which was kickstarted by an explosive show in Los Angeles.

"Death Will Never Conquer" is available to download from the official Coldplay site now.
