Coldplay don't tend to do things by halves.
One of the biggest bands on the planet, Chris Martin & Co. have become adept at triumphant stadium shows, at pulsating festival headline slots.
With new album 'Ghost Stories' due to arrive on May 19th, the band have signalled their intentions to play an 'intimate tour'. However a quick glance at the dates confirms that 'intimate' to Coldplay sits on a rather different scale to most bands.
Opening with a show at Sony Studios in Los Angeles, Coldplay performed 'Ghost Stories' in its entirety to 800 people. Looking ahead, the band will play shows in Cologne, New York and Los Angeles.
Turning their attention to the UK, Coldplay will perform in London's Royal Albert Hall on July 1st.
Ticket details will be confirmed to subscribers on the Coldplay mailing list.
