Cold War Kids have announce details of their third album, 'Mine Is Yours', to be released on Downtown Records on 24th January 2011.

Recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles, the album was produced by Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Tom Waits, Modest Mouse) with lead singer Nathan Willett detailing the band's new approach, “I got home from tour and realized I was married. All my friends had either jumped in the deep end of a relationship or had drowned. When did things get so serious? We fought growing up but the wild nights and free-for-all caught up with us. Some people got out in time and others had permanent damage. For this record, I wrote about the joys and failures of commitment all around me.”

The band embark on a U.S. tour at the end of November and will visit the UK early next year for a string of dates.
