With cover stars The Horrors

The final issue of 2011 sees Clash magazine look back at the last twelve months with The Horrors, Modeselektor, The Black Keys, our Top 40 Albums of 2011 and a whole load of teary eyed, end of the year reminiscing.

It took them three albums to get there, but The Horrors have finally cast the shackles of that cult status to become a Radio 1-starring, huge-in-Mexico, chart-bothering success. As 2011 closes, they look back on the year in which they finally peirced the mainstream, and the uncompromising album that enabled them to do so.
