Clash Confirm Offset Stage

Clash have confirmed details of our very special Offset festival takeover, with an entire stage of goodies set to be curated by our good selves.

With the festival season becoming ever more convoluted, lengthier and devoid of imagination its a rare treat to stumble upon an event such as Offset. The festival is held in Hainault forest, but unusually is just minutes away from London.

Blending a unique landscape with an eclectic hand-picked bill, Offset boasts a number of very special performances. This year's headliners include The Horrors, who second album 'Primary Colours' is amongst the most ambitious British sounds to drape its way around our ears this year.

Joining the band are legendary post-punk types The Slits, whose debut album 'Cut' is has been cited as an influence by everyone from Kurt Cobain to Franz Ferdinand. Also due to appear are the likes of Newcastle types The Futureheads, Manchester legends A Certain Ratio and many more.

Welsh punk overlords Future Of The Left are set to appear, shortly after releasing their titanic second album 'Travels With Myself And Another'.

However the fun doesn't stop there, with Clash set to curate an entire stage at the leafy event. Yes, we've taken the reins for a bout of musical mayhem and we've invited along some very talented friends to help us out.

Hailing from Cumbria, Wild Beasts' new album 'Two Dancers' is one of the most divisive records of the year. Containing some other worldly vocals and hugely ambitious songwriting, the band will unveil their new album at Offset courtesy of Clash.

Joining the Domino signings on the bill are the likes of The xx, Ipso Facto, Tube Lord, Gold Panda and many more.

Expect plenty of surprises on the day, with some guest stars and special DJ sets planned!
