Chelsea Light Moving have unveiled a new video alongside a short burst of British shows.
Thurston Moore is an electric guitar player. By that, of course, we mean that his work – the best of it, arguably – is fuelled with a rare electricity, matching all out noise to bizarre tunings and a penchant for classic rock riffs.
Now working in Chelsea Light Moving, the band released their debut album earlier this year. A fantastic piece of rock music, it found Thurston Moore becoming re-energised by new surroundings.
Live dates have been well received, with the group announcing a few more this summer. Part of a wider European jaunt, Chelsea Light Moving are set to play a short burst of UK & Ireland shows this June.
Opening at the Village Underground on June 14th, the band then travel to Dublin for a one off Irish show before returning to the UK. Ending in London, Thurston Moore will perform a solo improvisational set as part of Yoko Ono's Meltdown.
Tickets are on sale now.
