Dirty Pretty Things' mainman Carl Barat has been released from hospital and is resting at home, it has been announced.
The former Libertine was forced to cancel a pair of live dates after being diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. Barat was rushed to hospital last Tuesday (June 17th) complaining of stomach pains - it is not yet known what treatment he was given.
Dirty Pretty Things are expected to return to the live arena at the Sun Jam Festival in Bern on June 28th.
The band have just released their new single "Tired Of England", which is expected to fly up the charts. New album "Romance At Short Notice" is due to hit the record shop shelves on June 30th.
