Band Joined By Fun Lovin' Criminals
Carbon / Silicon surprised fans during a recent show at the Hammersmith Working Men's Club in London, when Fun Lovin' Criminals frontman Huey Morgan joined the group onstage.
Carbon / Silicon feature punk legends Mick Jones and Tony James, of The Clash and Generation X respectively. The band are a wonderful live act, and their Carbon Casino event in London was one of the most talked about music events of the year.
New York musician Huey Morgan was so inspired by seeing the band that he leaped onstage to join them. Together, Carbon / Silicon and the Fun Lovin' Criminals frontman belted out a version of The Rolling Stones 'Honky Tonk Woman' as well as Morgan's own 'Scooby Snacks'.
Carbon / Silicon used the gig to debut three new songs. The band began as a studio only project, and are extremely productive. The new songs are titled 'What's Up Doc?', 'Unbelievable Pain' and 'Party World'.
